Engagement Overview:
Support Model: Remote DBA support.
Location: Resources may be onshore, nearshore, or offshore; however, proposed resources must provide sufficient overlap with Mitsubishi Power's business hours in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) to ensure effective collaboration, support, and incident response.
Resource Requirements: Minimum of 1.0 FTE equivalent
Contract Structure: Two-phase engagement with separate Statements of Work (SOWs):
Phase 1: Initial 6-month maintenance and operational support engagement.
Phase 2: Based on performance, business needs, and successful completion of Phase 1, Mitsubishi Power may elect to issue a subsequent SOW extending services for an additional 2–3 years.
Primary Focus: SQL Server maintenance, monitoring, administration, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and operational support.
Future Opportunities: In addition to maintenance support, there may be opportunities for project-based work, including automation initiatives, infrastructure improvements, upgrades, migrations, and performance enhancement efforts.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $36.98/hour - $57.79/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
