Design, develop, customize, and implement Siebel CRM solutions based on business requirements.
Perform Siebel application configuration, including workflows, business rules, UI customization, and integration with external systems.
Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Siebel configurations and customizations.
Manage and administer Siebel environments, including installation, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with business users, analysts, and other IT team members to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving issues related to Siebel applications.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user guides, and training materials.
Stay updated with Siebel CRM updates, patches, and new features, and recommend best practices for implementation.
Hands-on experience of Java/Oracle is a must
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Siebel Developer/Administrator, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development and administration.
Strong understanding of Siebel architecture, data model, configuration tools (Siebel Tools), and web services integration.
Proficiency in Siebel eScript, Siebel Workflow, Siebel Configuration, and EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) components.
Experience with Siebel Open UI and responsive design concepts is desirable.
Ability to perform Siebel environment installations, upgrades, and migrations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $41.03/hour - $64.11/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
