We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst/Product Manager with strong experience in commercial insurance to join our Claims Assist program at AIG. This individual will lead financial lifecycle analysis, customer journey mapping, and cross-functional product alignment initiatives. Ideal candidates possess a proven background in insurance, PNC, and commercial products, and are comfortable collaborating across UX, data, and product strategy teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Customer Insight:
- Analyze customer data to uncover financial behaviors, needs, and friction points across life stages.
- Develop and maintain a financial life cycle framework to guide product personalization and roadmap planning.
- Create and refine customer journey maps to illustrate and optimize end-to-end user experiences.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis on financial tools and services.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, UX designers, marketing, and data teams to align product features with customer needs and business goals.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders using data visualization and storytelling.
- Monitor KPIs such as customer engagement, retention, and financial outcomes, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $47.34/hour - $73.96/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
