Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop AEM components templates and workflows for AEM as a Cloud Service
Implement custom Sling models OSGi services and integrations with third-party systems
Optimize AEM performance caching strategies and cloud configurations
Collaborate with architects UX designers and backend teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Ensure code quality security and compliance with best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in AEM environments
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation
Required Skills Experience:
7 years of experience in AEM development with at least 2 years on AEM as a Cloud Service
Strong knowledge of Java Sling OSGi JCR and Dispatcher configurations
Experience with AEM Core Components Editable Templates and Content Fragment Models
Proficiency in CICD pipelines Git Maven and Cloud Manager
Familiarity with Adobe IO GraphQL and Headless CMS approaches
Understanding of frontend technologies HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript Rectangular preferred
Experience integrating AEM with Adobe Analytics Target and other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment
Nice to Have:
Adobe Certified Expert AEM Sites Developer or Architect
Knowledge of performance tuning and security best practices in AEM Cloud
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $33.75/hour - $52.73/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
