- Overall 7 years of experience and at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce testing
- Experience of leading and executing complex Salesforce implementation testing projects
- Leading, mentoring, and guiding a team of Salesforce QA engineers, fostering their professional development and ensuring effective collaboration.
- Salesforce Expertise: Proven experience in testing Salesforce applications, including Sales, Service, Marketing and Experience Clouds. Should have hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and willing to hands on along with leading the team
- Testing Methodologies: Strong understanding of various testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and experience with different testing types (functional, integration, regression, performance, security).
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a QA team.
- SDLC Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.67/hour - $54.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
