Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP ECC commercial rollout delivery (US & Mexico)
Manage scope, timelines, milestones, and quality
Drive integration into global SAP template ensuring minimal deviation
Coordinate across:
Offshore team (India)
Consultants (Mexico)
Client teams (Europe & India)
Guide discussions, challenge decisions constructively, and ensure practical, scalable outcomes
Bring best practices and identify automation opportunities for efficient delivery
Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
Oversee SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
Required Experience & Key Skills:
15 years in SAP project/program management with proven SAP ECC rollout experience (multi-country)
Experience in commercial/logistics/service/returns process rollouts
Hands-on experience working with global delivery teams (India offshore, Mexico consultants, Europe-based client teams)
Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-cultural leadership skills
Ability to guide discussions, influence decisions, and provide clear, unbiased recommendations
Solid experience in managing timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Expertise in resource planning and capacity optimization
Focus on best practices, standardization, and automation-driven delivery
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $66.57/hour - $104.02/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
