Required Qualifications:
7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a consulting environment
Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex development including multi object triggers bulkified code and governor limit optimization
Ability to design efficient business logic using Maps Lists and optimized SOQL queries
Hands on experience independently delivering complex Lightning Web Components LWC user stories
Experience implementing complex Apex integrations applying multiple integration design patterns
Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling sharing rules and multi object security architecture
Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and CICD pipelines
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and mentor team members
Preferred Qualifications:
2 to 3 design patterns developing complex Apex Integration
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or above
Exposure to Banking Financial service or Wealth Management domains
Exposure to AI and AI integrations
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $36.98/hour - $57.79/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
