What you'll do:
Perform Business Analyst responsibilities for a Reinsurance Administration application which provides a comprehensive solution across the Reinsurance lifecycle of Underwriting Claims and Accounting including
Gathering requirements and documenting Functional Specifications and User Interface documentation
Documenting asis business processes using Microsoft Visio Defining and documenting tobe business processes
Acting as the liaison between Business and IT
Collaborating with internal teams for analyzing crossfunctional impacts and defining integration requirements
Providing support for QA testing and User Acceptance testing and defect resolution
Managing the backlog of enhancement requests in JIRA Working with Business to prioritize enhancements
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years Business Analyst experience
A minimum of 3 years working in Reinsurance with solid Reinsurance Underwriting Claims andor Accounting Business Acumen
Demonstrated experience in gathering documenting and prioritizing requirements
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Strong attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders Strong presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders on large initiatives
Experience in Agile methodologies
Experience with the DXC SICS Application a plus
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $37.59/hour - $58.74/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
