Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Hands-on Jira administration experience, including:
JQL (advanced)
Dashboards and gadgets
Boards (Scrum and Kanban)
Automation rules
Workflow, screen, and field configuration
Working knowledge of Atlassian Confluence for documentation and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
Familiarity with intake and ticket-routing best practices in an enterprise environment.
Experience producing written status reports for both technical and executive audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer Jira projects supporting CPE Asset Management intake and fulfillment workflows.
Build and maintain executive and operational dashboards covering ticket intake, throughput, aging, and SLA performance.
Create and tune JQL filters, scrum/kanban boards, and saved searches to support multiple stakeholder views.
Configure workflows, screens, fields, components, and permissions in line with team intake standards.
Monitor incoming tickets in real time and alert the team to new requests, escalations, and SLA risks.
Publish a weekly status report summarizing intake, completed work, blocked items, and key trends for leadership and team consumption.
Partner with intake leads to enforce required fields, location labeling, and comment standards on incoming tickets.
Document Jira processes, naming conventions, and dashboard logic in Confluence or equivalent.
Triage misrouted or malformed tickets and coordinate corrections with submitters.
Identify and implement automation opportunities (Jira automation rules, queues, notifications) to reduce manual overhead.
Mandatory skills:

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $23.11/hour - $36.12/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
