About The Job You’re Considering

The Workday Functional Specialist will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Workday solutions across multiple modules. This role requires strong functional knowledge, technical expertise in Workday integration technologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality HR technology solutions.

Your Role

  • Configure and maintain Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll Interface, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, etc.
  • Develop and manage Workday integrations using technologies like Studio, EIB, Core Connectors,
  • Work with Workday Business Objects and Data Sources to support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Create and optimize Workday Reports and Dashboards for business stakeholders.

Utilize Workday technical skills including Web Services/APIs for integrations and automation.

  • Work on Calculated Fields in integrations and support data migration activities.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC or Agile methodologies for project delivery.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and provide functional solutions.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Experience: 4–8 years of Workday functional and technical experience.
  • Workday Integration technologies (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF).

Web Services/APIs and data migration tools.

  • Calculated fields and advanced reporting.
  • Functional Knowledge: At least two Workday modules (Core HCM, Payroll Interface, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Workday Business Objects and Data Sources.
  • Ability to create custom reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Workday certification in HCM or Integration.
