Lead performance testing engineering work in a dynamic and Agile environment
Communicate clearly with client stakeholders and manage client expectations in a multivendor shared service setup
Extensive experience in onshore offshore coordination demand forecast and managing demand pipeline
Thought leadership in bringing efficiencies and modernize the performance engineering process by usage of GenAI and AI assisted tools
Develop test strategies with detailed processes and approaches in consultation with stakeholders
Define and execute guidelines standards Continuously improve the performance engineering practices
Develop detailed workload models for average peak stress and scalability load conditions based on production volumes and/or in conversation with stake holders
Implement CICD gating process to establish and continuously measure baselined response times and monitor performance degradations
Experience in creating executing and analyzing performance test scripts for web applications APIs and database esp cloud-based implementations
Experience of working in AWS landscape preferable if not AWS experience in any other cloud landscape is a must
Handson experience in scripting JMeter is preferable monitoring Dynatrace preferable
Build custom dashboards on APM tools such as Dynatrace preferable Datadog AppDynamics to analyze behavior under load conditions
Ability to perform root cause analysis and identify performance bottlenecks using profiling tools and log analysis ELK Kibana is preferable
Prepare clear and concise performance test reports highlighting key findings performance metrics and recommendations for stakeholders at different levels of the organization
Knowledge of web technologies protocols HTTPHTTPS TCPIP and performance optimization techniques caching compression etc
Awareness of security testing concepts related to performance such as SSLTLS configurations and secure API testing
Attention to details and experienced with working and driving global teams for test outcomes
Skills:
5 years of performance testing experience
At least 3 years of perf engineering towards results analysis and recommendations
5 years of Handson tools knowledge and proficiency on:
Scripting JMeter
APM tools Dynatrace preferable AWS CloudWatch preferable else extensive experience in other APM tools
DB monitoring Solarwinds DPA preferable
Logs visualization ELK Kibana or Splunk
Experience towards validating Operational Acceptance Testing outcomes such as Failover Disaster recovery Measuring RPO and RTO Assessing stability and reliability through chaos testing
Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering Concepts
Experienced with building and training teams towards excellence
Actively advocate organization brand with excellence in communication and interpersonal skills
