Application Support Engineer serves as the highest level of operational support for enterprise applications, retail technology platforms, and payment systems.
This role is responsible for investigating and resolving complex technical issues escalated from support teams, performing root cause analysis, driving permanent corrective actions, and improving overall platform reliability.
The engineer acts as a technical subject matter expert (SME), partnering with application, infrastructure, network, and development teams to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of business-critical services.

The key tech skills we're looking for are:
Point of Sale (POS) systems and Retail Payment Systems
Support and troubleshooting of peripherals such as printers, scanners, and cash drawers
PowerShell scripting
Strong understanding of Windows OS internals (storage/HDDs, RAID, memory, performance troubleshooting)
ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform
Candidates with hands-on experience supporting retail store environments and troubleshooting POS infrastructure at the L3 level would be highly preferred.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.21/hour - $53.45/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
