We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Project Manager / Business Analyst to support project planning, stakeholder coordination, and execution tracking across cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, follows up on action items, gathers updates independently, and helps keep projects moving forward through effective communication and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain project plans, action trackers, and project documentation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather updates and ensure deliverables remain on track.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and track follow-up actions.
Draft status reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, and escalate as needed.
Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Support requirements gathering, documentation, and business analysis activities.
Proactively follow up on open items and help drive timely resolution.
Qualifications:
1–4 years of experience in Project Coordination, Business Analysis, PMO, or related roles.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools is preferred.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $37.91/hour - $59.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
