We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Configuration Developer with around 10 years of hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Guidewire core insurance applications The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Guidewire configuration strong understanding of the insurance domain and the ability to work closely with business QA and integration teams to deliver high quality Guidewire solutions
Roles Responsibilities:
Guidewire Configuration Development:
Configure and customize Guidewire Billing Center based on business requirements
Develop and maintain
Product Model lines of business coverages conditions exclusions
UI screens PCF files and flows
Business rules workflows and validations
Perform advanced Gosu development for
Configuration extensions
Custom plugins and enhancements
Business logic implementation
Design and implement efficient rules and rate configurations
Handle data model extensions and ensure alignment with Guidewire upgrade standards
System Integration Technical Design:
Design and develop integrations using
Web services SOAPREST
Messaging event based integrations
Third party vendor integrations eg rating engines document management payments
Collaborate with architects to define technical designs and solution patterns
Ensure compliance with Guidewire best practices and coding standards
Testing Deployment Support:
Support unit testing system testing and UAT for configured components
Analyze and fix defects across environments DEV QA UAT PROD
Support Guidewire upgrades patches and performance tuning activities
Provide production support and root cause analysis for incidents
Leadership Collaboration:
Collaborate with business analysts to understand insurance workflows and translate them into technical solutions
Mentor and guide junior Guidewire developers and configuration analysts
Participate in design reviews code reviews and sprint planning ceremonies
Work effectively in AgileScrum delivery models
Required Technical Skills:

8-10 years of experience in Guidewire configuration and development
Strong hands-on experience with one or more:

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $37.59/hour - $58.74/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
