- Define and execute AI enablement strategies across business functions and delivery teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases and prioritize implementation.
- Develop AI maturity models and readiness assessments for clients and internal teams.
- Lead the design and rollout of AI training programs, toolkits, and playbooks.
- Establish Centers of Excellence (CoEs) or federated enablement models to scale AI capabilities.
- Drive change management and stakeholder engagement to foster AI adoption.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical, regulatory, and data governance standards.
- Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to define responsible AI frameworks.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to operationalize AI models.
- Support deployment of GenAI, ML, and NLP solutions across production environments.
- Monitor performance, usage, and business impact of AI initiatives.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends.
- Represent the organization in client workshops, industry forums, and internal innovation councils.
- 8 years of experience in AI, data science, or digital transformation roles.
- Proven track record in leading AI enablement or adoption programs at scale.
- Strong understanding of GenAI, ML, NLP, and AI governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and program leadership skills.
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or manufacturing domains is a plus.
