About the Role

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Enterprise AI Architect to lead the design of a next-generation, Microsoft-based customer engagement and contact center platform.
This is a high-impact role focused on enterprise architecture, AI/Copilot enablement, and end-to-end customer lifecycle transformation across sales and service.
You will work across Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Omnichannel, Copilot Studio, Azure, Power Platform, Teams, and Dataverse to deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead enterprise architecture for Dynamics 365-based customer engagement and CCaaS platforms
- Design end-to-end solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Omnichannel
- Build AI-enabled capabilities using Copilot Studio, conversational AI, and automation
- Define Azure integration architecture (API Management, Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid)
- Drive customer 360 data architecture using Dataverse and Power BI
- Integrate with enterprise systems including ERP, telephony/voice, identity, WFM/WEM, and analytics platforms
- Establish standards for security (Entra ID, RBAC), scalability, and platform governance
- Partner with business and technology leaders to translate architecture into execution roadmaps
What We’re Looking For
- 12 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture
- Deep expertise in:
- Dynamics 365 Sales
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Strong experience with Omnichannel / contact center (CCaaS) solutions
- Hands-on experience with:
- Azure integration architecture
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Microsoft Teams / Microsoft 365
- Experience with Copilot Studio, AI, or automation-driven solutions
- Strong background in API architecture and event-driven systems
- Experience with Dataverse, data modeling, and enterprise integrations
- Ability to operate at both hands-on and executive stakeholder level
Nice to Have
- Experience in regulated industries (Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare)
- Microsoft certifications (Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365)
Work Model
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week in one of the listed locations
- Candidates in other EST/CST regions may be considered
