Onsite Location : New York
Description:
We are looking for a bold, hands-on Digital AI Martech Product Owner to lead the design, build, and scaling of our Agentic AI Content Engine — a foundational capability that will redefine how our organization creates, curates, and distributes content at scale.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, AI product development, and creative technology. You will own the product vision end-to-end: from ideation and business case creation to prototype development and agentic asset delivery — bridging business stakeholders, designers, engineers, and AI tools to accelerate the content supply chain.
What You'll Own
Agentic AI Asset Leadership
- Define, own, and evolve the product vision for the Agentic AI Content Engine from 0→1 and beyond.
- Architect and deliver agentic workflows that automate and accelerate content production, personalisation, and distribution across the content supply chain.
- Drive end-to-end build cycles — backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritisation, and roadmap communication.
Product Vision & Backlog
- Translate business goals and marketing needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Maintain a well-groomed and refined backlog, balancing strategic initiatives with iterative improvement.
- Set measurable success criteria and OKRs for each product increment.
Visual Prototyping & Design Collaboration
- Create lightweight visual prototypes (wireframes, mockups, flow diagrams) to communicate product concepts rapidly to stakeholders.
- Partner with UX/design resources to evolve prototypes into polished, validated experiences.
- Use prototyping to de-risk assumptions and accelerate alignment before engineering investment.
Hands-On AI & Vibe Coding
- Actively engage with AI development tooling — prompt engineering, LLM configuration, agent orchestration — to prototype and validate ideas independently.
- Apply vibe coding practices (AI-assisted rapid development) to build proof-of-concepts, demos, and lightweight tooling without waiting for full engineering cycles.
- Stay current on the evolving AI toolset landscape and advocate for adoption of the right tools across the team.
Business Case & Executive Storytelling
- Build compelling business cases that quantify the ROI and strategic value of agentic AI investments.
- Create executive-ready presentations that articulate the product vision, roadmap, and business impact in clear, non-technical language.
- Act as the internal champion and thought leader for AI-driven content innovation.
What You Bring
Must-Have Experience
- 5 years in a Product Owner or Product Manager role, ideally within Marketing Technology or Digital platforms.
- Demonstrated experience grooming and refining product vision — translating ambiguity into clear roadmaps and prioritised backlogs.
- Hands-on exposure to the modern AI toolset: LLMs, agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI), prompt engineering, and generative AI platforms.
- Proven ability to create visual prototypes (Figma, Miro, or equivalent) or collaborate closely with designers to do so.
- Ability and appetite to "vibe code" — using AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to build lightweight POCs and demos independently.
- Track record of building and presenting business cases and investment proposals to senior leadership.
Nice to Have
- Experience in content operations, DAM systems, or marketing content supply chains.
- Familiarity with Martech platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
- Background in agile/scrum delivery and working with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles and governance in enterprise contexts.
