Owns the full end to end data migration strategy for Guidewire programs including discovery profiling mapping transformation validation reconciliation mock runs and production cutover Leads data mapping across legacy systems to the Guidewire data model ensuring accuracy consistency and alignment with product configuration and PC domain requirements
Defines tooling strategy across Guidewire DMFIDMF ETLELT platforms and AWS native data services such as Glue Lambda Step Functions S3 EMR and DynamoDB Provides technical direction for building scalable secure and high performance data pipelines in AWS to support large volume policy billing and claims migrations
Oversees performance engineering for migration workloads including throughput optimization parallelization strategies indexing partitioning and Guidewire batch performance tuning Guides teams on transformation logic data quality rules exception handling error remediation and reconciliation frameworks
Leads all mock migrations cutover planning dress rehearsals and execution activities ensuring data completeness accuracy and readiness for golive
Acts as the primary expert for Guidewire data model DMF processing patterns GOSU based loaders and integration touch points
Ensures compliance with enterprise data governance regulatory requirements audit standards security policies and cloud architecture best practices
Partners closely with business SMEs functional leads data engineers and program leadership to define requirements and resolve data related issues
Provides leadership to onshore/offshore teams performing design reviews code reviews and architecture oversight to ensure consistency and quality
Serves as the senior advisor for AWS cloud architecture within the migration domain including IAM VPC networking encryption monitoring and cost optimization Skills
Guidewire Claim Center Cloud Experience At least one full CC Cloud migration not on Prem only
Knowledge of Claim Center financial model Handling historic data transactional data Public ID preservation strategies

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $72.81/hour - $113.77/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
