Key Responsibilities:
Support execution and coordination of data governance and regulatory uplift initiatives
Track project milestones deliverables risks issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Coordinate with delivery teams and stakeholders to gather status updates and maintain program reporting
Prepare concise summaries dashboards and meeting materials for leadership reviews
Support governance meetings working groups and action item tracking
Assist in organizing and maintaining program documentation plans and decision logs
Collaborate across teams to collect information resolve blockers and improve coordination
Ensure timely follow up on actions and commitments across stakeholders Help drive consistency in program execution and communication
Required Qualifications:
4-7 years of program management project management or PMO experience preferably within Data Management Data Governance Risk or Regulatory initiatives
Basic understanding of enterprise data management and governance concepts
Familiarity with areas such as:
o Data Governance
o Data Quality
o Metadata Lineage
o Data Controls
o Regulatory Data Programs Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams
Self starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
Ability to operate in a fast paced environment with evolving priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience within banking or financial services organizations Exposure to regulatory or remediation programs
Experience preparing executive status reporting and program dashboards
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA Confluence Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong coordinator and communicator who can keep teams aligned
Organized and execution focused with good follow through
Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
Curious adaptable and eager to learn enterprise data management practices
Able to balance structure collaboration and problem solving in a dynamic environment
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $35.13/hour - $54.90/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
