We are looking for a skilled AWS SageMaker Administrator to oversee operate secure and optimize our enterprise SageMaker environment
This role focuses on platform administration ensuring data scientists and ML engineers can develop and deploy ML workloads efficiently while maintaining strong governance cost control and security
This is not a modelbuilding role it's a platform and operations role responsible for keeping SageMaker running smoothly at scale
SageMaker Platform Administration:
Manage and configure SageMaker Studio Domains and User Profiles
Maintain and monitor SageMaker Notebooks JumpStart Feature Store Pipelines and Endpoints
Configure Lifecycle Configurations for reproducible environments
Ensure proper versioning and management of custom images kernels and ECR containers
Operational Support Monitoring:
Monitor training jobs endpoints processing jobs batch transforms and cost usage
Troubleshoot environment issues including IAM permissions Studio startup failures kernel problems and model deployment errors
Implement logging and monitoring using CloudWatch CloudTrail and SageMaker Model Monitor
Security Compliance:
Administer IAM roles policies KMS keys VPC configurations and private network access
Enforce data governance including fine-grained access to S3 buckets and datasets
Ensure compliance with organizational security frameworks eg least privilege zero trust encryption in transit at rest
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $51.78/hour - $80.90/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
