Capgemini Invent - Strategy & Transformation - Director

The focus of your role:

Are you passionate about improving operations and making a difference to company results? Are you comfortable with interfacing directly with the customer, solving problem and directing a team toward the right outcome? Do you have a strong background in Operations and Enterprise Transformation?

We need a Directors who have knowledge and experience in transformation and improvement initiatives with a focus on corporate experience. Youll have a history of successful operating model design, strategy, process improvement, business case development & projects that have involved improved operations across people, process, technology, and data. You will have a proven record of growing client relationships through developing solutions and improvement initiatives that solve business challenges, and leading teams in strategy and transformation engagements.

What youll do:

• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to understand their business and technology needs, often acting as an evangelist, mediator or thought leader.

• Shape and stand up Transformation Offices that can serve as a control tower over multiple programs

• Develop the case-for-change , including a business case, that covers people, process, technology, and data for enterprise transformations of the digital core

• Optimize functional performance across organization, process & technology

• Design and transition clients to new operating models

• Manage Corporate Development activities including M&A activities including due diligence, carve out/divestitures, and post-merger integration

• Lead and manage cross functional teams located locally and virtually

• Identify and develop opportunities at clients to enhance Capgeminis value offer

What youll bring:

• 7 years of experience in enterprise processes, transformation, project delivery, process consulting & re-engineering, business operating models, strategy, and business case development

• Strong consulting experience

• Corporate, Finance, and Operations experience with relevant degree

• Corporate development exposure - M&A due diligence, divestitures, and PMI

• ERP /technology exposure

• Organizational change management exposure

• Shared service exposure

• Planning, organization, and resource management

• Knowledge of standard processes with experience across multiple sectors

• Excellent communication, client management and negotiation skills.
