Design and architect technology solutions to meet business needs. Drive collaborative selling and business development efforts. Foster people development and team growth.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. What You Will Do

- Assist in Agile and technology transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of technology solutions.
- Conduct research and analysis to support platform strategy and IT strategy development.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of IT operating models.
- Participate in Agile transformation projects, including planning and execution.
- Support technology transformation efforts, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services.
We Would Love To See a Candidate With
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a related role.
- Basic understanding of platform strategy, IT strategy, and IT operating models.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and technology transformation processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must have an awareness of how to Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency across the organization
