Role: Anaplan Developer
Location: Ohio City, OH
Fulltime
o Upskill and train new P&C Anaplan Model Builder on P&C instance of Anaplano Upskill existing Model Builder support
o Assist with architecture of new Anaplan models, including but not limited to:
o CL Underwriting
o PL Underwriting
o Farm Underwriting
o Segmentation and Goal Planning
o Bond/Surety Territory Management
o CommAg Sales Goal Planning Metrics
o Offer guidance and feedback on Anaplan best practices, industry standards, and innovation
Required skill sets
o Architect-level skills in Anaplan (certification)
o Strong understanding of change management tactics, ability to drive detailed business requirements, and facilitate meaningful conversations
o Experience with the Nationwide Anaplan instance, structure, and related technologies
o Experience building high-capacity Anaplan models impacting planning, territory organization, and compensation
o Demonstrated ability to work with a "business-first" mentality, not "IT-first"
o Provide expected term and payment structure (T&M)"
