Aladdin Integration Data Analyst

The Aladdin Integration Data Analyst is responsible for supporting data integration validation and reconciliation activities across Aladdin BlackRock and downstream upstream systems within an Asset Wealth Management ecosystem

This role requires a strong blend of:

• Investment domain expertise Front Middle Back office

• Hands-on data analysis SQL skills

• Understanding of Aladdin data flows and integrations

• The analyst plays a key role in ensuring data consistency integrity and seamless integration across trading accounting and reporting platforms
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

Aladdin Data Integration Flows:

• Analyze and support inbound/outbound data flows to from Aladdin

Understand integrations with:

• Trading platforms executions

• Custodian systems positions transactions

• Market data providers prices ratings
  

Data Analysis Validation:

• Perform data validation reconciliation and quality checks across

• Trades positions holdings valuations

Execute SQL queries to:

• Detect data breaks

• Validate transformation logic

• Support data completeness accuracy and consistency checks
  

Domain Analysis:

• Understand investment lifecycle flows

• Front Office trading

• Middle Office risk compliance

• Back Office accounting

• Support IBOR vs ABOR reconciliations and break analysis

• Analyze how Aladdin interacts with accounting platforms during migrations replacements

• Understand Order Management System OMR

• Order creation modification revision cancellation workflows

• Understanding of pre-trade controls compliance limits restrictions

• Experience in similar platforms Bloomberg Charles River
  

Data Mapping Documentation:

• Create and maintain

• Source to target mappings

• Data dictionaries

• Data lineage documentation

• Document

• Integration assumptions

• Data issues and resolutions
  

Integration Transformation Support:

Work closely with:

• Data engineering teams

• Integration teams

• Business stakeholders

Support testing of:

• ETL pipelines

• API file based integrations
  

Issue Analysis Production Support:

• Investigate

• Data breaks

• Interface failures

• Reconciliation mismatches

• Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve end to end data issues
  

Agile Stakeholder Collaboration:

Participate in:

• Agile ceremonies standups backlog refinement

Work with:

• Business users

• Technology teams

Required Skills Experience:

Domain Skills Must Have:

• Asset Wealth Management domain knowledge

• Strong understanding of:

• Securities Equities Fixed Income

• Trade lifecycle

• Exposure to:

• IBOR ABOR concepts

• Portfolio accounting systems

• Aladdin Integration Knowledge

Understanding of:

• Aladdin data model and workflows

• Integration patterns file based APIs batch processing

• Experience with data migration platform transformation preferred
  
  

Technical Skills:

• SQL mandatory complex queries joins reconciliation

• Data analysis tools Excel Python optional but preferred

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.67/hour - $54.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
