Key Responsibilities:
Agentic AI Design & Development:
Design and implement single-agent and multi-agent AI systems using Agentic AI patterns (Planner/Worker/Reviewer, ReAct, Plan-Execute).
Build AI agents that can reason, plan, call tools, retrieve enterprise knowledge, and execute tasks autonomously.
Develop agent memory strategies (short-term, long-term, vector-based).
Azure AI & Platform Engineering:
Develop solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Azure Functions / App Services.
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and workflows.
Multi-Agent Orchestration:
Orchestrate AI agents using frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen, or equivalent.
Design agent communication, hand-offs, error handling, and state management.
Implement human-in-the-loop workflows, approvals, and guardrails.
Responsible AI & Governance:
Apply Responsible AI principles, including explainability, monitoring, safety, and data security.
Ensure compliance with enterprise and healthcare data standards.
Implement logging, observability, and feedback loops for agent performance.
Collaboration & Enablement:
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and domain SMEs to translate business workflows into Agentic AI solutions.
Contribute to internal Agentic AI accelerators, reusable components, and best-practice documentation.
Support developer enablement and adoption programs for Agentic AI.
Required Skills & Qualification:
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python and/or C#
Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service
Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases
Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts: agents, tools, memory, orchestration
Experience with Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and structured outputs (JSON)
Software Engineering:
Strong fundamentals in software design, APIs, async processing, and error handling
Experience building production-grade, secure, scalable applications
Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native development
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $36.98/hour - $57.79/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
