About the Job You're Considering The Oracle AI Lead will drive the design, development, and delivery of AI and Generative AI solutions across Oracle Cloud platforms. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Oracle AI technologies, architecture leadership, and the ability to guide teams in implementing enterprise-scale AI solutions. Lead client workshops, demos, and technical discussions on AI solutions. Your Role Lead the design and implementation of Oracle AI and Generative AI solutions across OCI and Oracle Fusion environments Architect and deliver solutions using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and agent-based architectures Design and implement AI agents and MCP-based architectures Lead client workshops, demos, and technical discussions on AI solutions Mentor and guide technical teams in implementing Oracle AI solutions Collaborate with ERP, integration, and data teams to implement AI-driven automation Define best practices and reference architectures for AI implementations in the Oracle ecosystem Stay updated on Oracle AI roadmap, emerging tools, and industry trends Your Skills and Experience 3-5 + years of overall IT experience Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence / Generative AI Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio Experience working with Oracle Database 26ai, including SELECT AI and SELECT AI Agents Understanding of MCP architecture and how to build or integrate MCP servers Good knowledge of OCI AI Services such as Generative AI and Document Understanding Experience working with Oracle-hosted LLM models and invoking them using REST APIs or OCI tools Good exposure to core OCI services such as Object Storage, Streaming, and related services Experience orchestrating AI solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Understanding of RAG concepts and different implementation approaches Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering Hands-on experience with Python and AI solution development Knowledge of best practices for designing and deploying AI solutions in the Oracle ecosystem Nice to have skills and experience Exposure to Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, SCM, or HCM) Exposure to Azure Copilot, Power Automate, or similar AI ecosystems Experience working in client-facing roles, workshops, or presales activities The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86,900 - $203,800 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
