Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Program Management to oversee and drive multiple projects effectively.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to assess data, identify issues, and propose actionable solutions.
- Excellent Communication capabilities for curating content with clear messaging and facilitating effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience in designing and delivering impactful Learning and Enablement programs to empower teams and enhance adoption rates.
- Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure client-focused solutions and maintain strong client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, or related field; a Master's degree would be an advantage.
- Relevant certifications in project management or change management (e.g., PMP, Prosci) are preferred.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
