Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. Responsibilities
- Lead sales, business development, and consulting initiatives for intelligent manufacturing solutions.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, working closely with clients and partners to identify, solution, and deliver impactful projects.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide consulting teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Be an expert and a visionary in manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in go-to-market sales, business development, consulting, or strategy roles focused on manufacturing operations, quality, service, or digital transformation.
- Proven ability to lead projects and deliver solutions in complex, client-facing environments.
- Exposure to multiple industries, with a strong foundation in manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and ability to develop impactful presentations.
- Fluent with AI/GenAI, data analytics and software platforms manufacturing systems.
- Experience enabling large transformation programs within manufacturing.
- Experience in selling and managing multiple capabilities within Industry 4.0.
- Experience developing value propositions, proposals, managing contract execution, financial project delivery.
- Experience in AI/GenAI approaches and manufacturing enablement using AI solutions.
- Experience in consulting or services leadership roles within industry, technology or service manufacturing firm.
- Experience working in factories or with manufacturing end-users.
- Strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach to digital transformation and operational improvement.
- Strong network within the manufacturing and technology sectors.
- Track record of client/account/program management.
- Track record of thought leadership demonstrated through public speaking, white papers, or industry publications.
