Your Role
Business Growth & Client Engagement
- Identify and develop new opportunities in Data & AI across local and international markets.
- Support proposals, bids, and RFPs, bringing both commercial and technical insight.
- Collaborate with account executives and delivery teams to grow existing client relationships.
- Represent Capgemini Engineering in AI-focused events, conferences, and roundtables.
- Lead technical interviews for Data Scientists and AI Engineers, ensuring strong talent pipelines.
- Advise clients on AI roadmaps, GenAI adoption, and Responsible AI practices.
- Oversee technical quality and innovation across projects involving ML, GenAI, and MLOps.
- Partner with global Capgemini teams to define reference architectures and accelerators for AI initiatives.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring excellence in delivery and client satisfaction.
- Mentor managers and senior consultants to develop technical and leadership skills.
- Promote continuous improvement in AI methodologies, lifecycle management, and governance.
- 8 years of experience in Data & AI, including 3 years in leadership or management roles
- Solid expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning and/or Generative AI.
- Ability to technically assess Data Scientists, AI Engineers and other Data Profiles during interviews
- Familiarity with Cloud and Data Technologies
- Strong business acumen with experience in client engagement, and proposal design
- Background in at least one Capgemini Engineering vertical: Telco, Energy, Health, Industry, Automotive, Aerospace, or others
- Excellent leadership, communication, and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
