Job Description

• 10 years of SAP Implementation experience in Manufacturing domain (Digital Manufacturing Cloud) ECC SAP PP and PM DMC SME with Cross-functional integration knowledge required.
• At least one ECC DMC implementation experience- of which at least one implementation in Discrete Manufacturing is must.
• Should have knowledge of DMCe Business features like Work Instructions, Data collection, Assembly, Sub-assembly, Non-Conformance, Product geneology, standard reports Should have good understanding of OT interfaces e.g. OPC(DA & UA), OPC HDA, Modbus, Profibus, OSI PI etc.
• Should have worked in configuration and implementation of SAP PCO Experience of agile ways of working is required. Conduct design workshops and configure processes - DMC Execution, Insights and shopfloor integration Setup & implement DMC for batch production manufacturing of battery modules & packs.
• Covering work instruction preparation, inline and final inspection, non-conformance reporting, and genealogy tracking, etc. Client facing skills.

Responsibilities:

• SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) is a cloud-based Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for companies with a focus on discrete manufacturing.
• You will advise our clients on IT-OT integration and the digitization of production processes. In workshops, you will document customer processes and derive the requirements for production IT and OT.
• You will evaluate systems and requirements regarding possible technical solution concepts and support the solutioning in the preparation of offers.
• You will develop unique and needs-based solution concepts for the introduction, development, rollout, and use of SAP DM MES-centered solutions together with our clients.
• You will be responsible for implementing specifications into user stories. You will contribute your ideas and experiences in an agile team.
• You will work in an interdisciplinary team in an agile environment with our technical partners and support the team in creating and implementing the solution backlog. You will help us expand our service offering for digital manufacturing with your technological know-how.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $93,800 - $224,910

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
