The LabVantage LIMS Support Engineer provides technical and functional support, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities for the LabVantage LIMS system.
Your Role
- Provide L1/L2 support for LIMS issues.
- Troubleshoot SQL, Java, Groovy, and configuration issues.
- Configure master data, workflows, templates.
- Support integrations and validation activities.
- Assist in upgrades, patches, and release management.
Your Skills and Experience
- We are looking for Bachelor’s in IT, Pharma, Chemistry, Biotech.
- We are looking for 4–7 years of LabVantage LIMS experience.
- Knowledge of lab workflows: QC, QA, Stability.
- Skills in SQL, Java/Groovy, API/Web Services, Bartender, Talend
- Hands on experience in Labvantage LIMS configuration and enhancements.
- LabVantage certification preferred.
Salary : $73,150 - $174,000
