The work will contribute to the development of innovative solutions in autonomous products, with a focus on electronics for sensor integration, power management, communication systems, and embedded circuits
Your role
Key responsibilities of the Electronics Engineer include:
- Designing and developing electronic circuits and systems for autonomous systems, including power supplies, sensor interfaces, and communication systems.
- Collaborating with mechanical and software engineering teams to integrate electronic components into larger mechatronic systems.
- Performing detailed analysis of circuit performance, including simulations and test results, to optimize designs.
- Conducting hardware testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability of electronic systems in various environments.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including schematics, test plans, and design specifications.
- Evaluating and selecting electronic components and materials based on performance, cost, and availability.
- Working closely with vendors to source electronic components and ensure timely delivery for project requirements.
- Supporting system integration, debugging, and field testing of electronics in real-world conditions.
- Staying current with the latest developments in electronics technologies and applying them to improve existing designs
- 5–7 years of experience in electronics design and development, ideally in an interdisciplinary engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, including PCB design, power management, and embedded systems. Experience with Hardware Validation including HALT, HASS, etc..) and DFMEAs.
- Proficiency in electronics design and simulation tools such as Altium, Eagle, or equivalent. Hands-on experience with Communication Protocols (CAN); Expertise in simulation (MATLAB, Simulink, LT Spice, etc..)
- Experience with embedded systems programming and microcontroller-based designs.
