Capgemini Engineering is actively seeking an Electrical Technician to collaborate closely with engineering and product development teams.
Your role
- Perform bench-level electronic testing on Zonal ECUs (highly preferred) Or Similar electronic testing.
- Set up and operate test benches, laboratory equipment, and validation environments.
- Conduct functional testing and validation of ECU features and performance.
- Develop, execute, and document test cases; analyze results and report defects.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and log analyzers.
- Support ECU integration activities, including flashing and configuration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, and QA) to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate test documentation, logs, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Contribute to regression testing and validation for new product releases and updates.
Your skills and experience
- Associate degree or certification in Electrical Technology (or a related field), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.
- Proven experience in bench-level testing of Zonal ECUs(highly preferred) Or Similar electronic testing.
- Experience with basic soldering and rework of PCBA components.
- Proficiency in standard office tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, Outlook, and calendaring systems.
