YOUR ROLE
- Design and develop interactive search experiences powered by Generative AI for leading customers in different industries.
- Implement and optimize Generative AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) or on-premises infrastructure, depending on project needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver AI-driven products and services.
- Develop, version, and execute Python code to build and refine AI models.
- Deploy and manage AI models in various environments, ensuring robust performance and scalability.
- 3 years of experience in AI development, with a focus on Generative AI.
- Proficient in Python programming with a solid understanding of AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure) or on-premises AI deployment, including components like storage, compute engines, and AI services such as Vertex AI, SageMaker, Azure AI.
- Hands-on experience with Gen AI models and tools, such as text generation APIs, chatbots, and enterprise search solutions.
- Familiarity with vector data stores, custom embeddings, and deriving insights from embeddings (a plus).
- Basic understanding of data warehousing and analytics tools, such as BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, or Snowflake.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Certifications in Data, AI, and/or Cloud Computing as part of the Academy Program.
