Role Summary:
Support the design and implementation of a futurestate analytics platform to enable Microsoft Viva modules with a focus on Colleague Experience insights The role will design a scalable data estate using Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse to ingest and analyze data from Viva Glint Pulse Forms and Viva Insights.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric Azure Analytics Lakehouse Data Factory Power BI
- Solid understanding of HR colleague experience data and analytics
- Experience designing enterprise data platforms and futurestate architectures
- Knowledge of data governance and privacy considerations for employee data
Key Responsibilities:
- Design the target data architecture using Microsoft Fabric OneLake Lakehouse Warehouse for Viva data sources
- Define ingestion and transformation patterns for data from Glint Pulse Forms and Viva Insights
- Build governed analyticsready datasets to support employee experience engagement and sentiment reporting
- Enable Power BI Fabric semantic models for insights and dashboards
- Ensure data security privacy and compliance for employee data
- Collaborate with HR Digital Workplace and IT teams to align analytics with Viva use cases
