Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement cutting-edge Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
• Conduct data analysis, model development, and experimentation using Python.
• Solve real-world business challenges with supervised and unsupervised learning methods.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate models into applications.
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and maintain model performance for scalability and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong programming skills with Python.
• Solid experience with supervised, unsupervised, and evaluation techniques.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
• Experience in propensity modeling across campaigns and marketing analytics.
• Strong understanding of data processing, feature engineering, and model pipelines.
