Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Build and implement cutting-edge Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
- Conduct data analysis, model development, and experimentation using Python.
- Solve real-world business challenges with supervised and unsupervised learning methods.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate models into applications.
- Evaluate, fine-tune, and maintain model performance for scalability and reliability.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong programming skills with Python.
- Solid experience with supervised, unsupervised, and evaluation techniques.
- Hands-on expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
- Experience in propensity modeling across campaigns and marketing analytics.
- Strong understanding of data processing, feature engineering, and model pipelines.
