Who You Are
CapFront, a leading financial services firm, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Long Island. Our newly renovated office is just minutes from the Mineola Train Station, a 40-minute ride from NYC. As a Sales Manager, you’ll manage a team of account executives, oversee pipelines, navigate lender approvals, and close deals. This role offers significant professional growth and a competitive compensation package.
What You'll Do
- Conduct pipeline meetings and training sessions with account executives
- Provide guidance based on client conversations and KPI analytics
- Package and place opportunities within our lender network
- Cultivate relationships with direct lenders for seamless approvals
- Collaborate with directors to meet revenue targets
What You Bring
- Minimum two years inside sales management experience
- Proven track record of exceeding aggressive revenue targets
- Ability to drive results and close deals across various commercial lending products
- Skilled at managing large pipelines and liaising with direct lenders
- Enthusiastic about learning our products, merchants’ businesses, and financial technology
- Team-oriented, charismatic leader who inspires and motivates
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
