As demand for our services continues to grow, we are expanding our Renewals team and looking for driven, motivated Retention Specialists who want to grow with us.
About the Role
As a Retention Specialist, you will manage relationships with existing clients while helping business owners secure additional working capital as they continue to grow.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales role ideal for someone who is competitive, relationship-driven, financially motivated, and thrives in an energetic environment. You will work directly with business owners, funding partners, and internal teams to generate repeat business and drive revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing business clients
• Generate renewal and repeat business through high-volume calls, texts, and emails
• Build strong long-term relationships with merchants and funding partners
• Follow up with clients regarding funding opportunities and business needs
• Negotiate and structure financing opportunities for small business owners
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue and sales goals
• Maintain detailed pipeline activity and notes within Salesforce CRM
• Collaborate with underwriting, processing, and management teams throughout the funding process
• Stay informed on market trends, lender products, and industry competition
• Use sales data and performance metrics to strategize and improve results
What We’re Looking For
• 2 years of sales, account management, or customer relationship experience preferred
• Financial services, lending, or brokerage experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic and desire to earn
• Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume pipeline
• Organized, detail-oriented, and strong with follow-up
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Salesforce or CRM experience preferred

Work Environment
This is a full-time in-office position based in our Melville, NY office. Our team thrives in a collaborative environment built around growth, accountability, competition, and success.
Compensation:
- Starting Base Salary: $50,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 – $300,000 (based on performance; uncapped commission structure)
