Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Water Mitigation Lead Technician / Manager to lead our mitigation team and oversee projects from start to finish.
This is a working leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the field, performing mitigation work, and leading by example.
- IICRC WRT certification is not required, but it is a plus.
- Lead and perform water mitigation projects from start to finish.
- Supervise and work alongside mitigation technicians.
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, and necessary demolition.
- Monitor moisture levels and drying progress.
- Ensure proper documentation, equipment placement, and job-site quality.
- Communicate with customers, insurance representatives, and project managers.
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
