Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Wilmington, NC, with some remote work flexibility. The Outpatient Therapist will be responsible for conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and managing client progress toward therapeutic goals. Additional responsibilities include case management services and maintaining clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management
- Strong expertise in Social Work and Psychology
- Experience in Family Therapy and related therapeutic modalities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field required
- Active licensure (LCSW, LCAS, or equivalent) in the state of North Carolina
- Knowledge of telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices is a plus
