Experience in Firearms, Optics, Suppressors, Knives, and other firearm related areas is a must for this job.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to foster a positive shopping experience
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer interest and upselling opportunities
• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, offering expert advice on merchandise and store promotions
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with current products
• Manage inventory by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and conducting stock checks regularly
• Use effective phone etiquette to answer inquiries promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while respecting customer preferences
• Ensure compliance with store policies on cash handling, retail math calculations, and safety procedures
• Support cashiering duties by processing returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently
• Assist in warehouse duties as needed
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are key!
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions confidently
• Experience supervising or leading teams is a plus but not mandatory; leadership qualities are valued in team collaboration
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional phone etiquette
• Knowledge of grocery store operations or familiarity with retail environments enhances your ability to succeed in this role
• Experience in merchandising, stocking, or cashiering within a retail or grocery setting will set you apart

Pay: $30,000.00 - $34,000.00 per year
