We are seeking a warm, friendly, and dedicated Front Desk Coordinator who greets every patient with a genuine smile, makes them feel truly welcome, and takes pride in guiding them through one of the most meaningful journeys of their lives—from the very first phone call through surgery day.
What You’ll Do
- Create an Exceptional First ImpressionGreet every patient—in person and by phone—with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
- Guide the Patient JourneySupport patients from first inquiry through surgery day with confidence, clarity, and attention to detail
- Manage Scheduling & FlowCoordinate consultations, follow-ups, and daily appointments efficiently
- Convert Inquiries into ConsultsRespond to calls, emails, and online leads promptly and professionally
- Support Financial ConversationsAssist with payments, deposits, and financing in a tactful, patient-centered way
- Grow Our ReputationEncourage patient reviews and support Instagram/Facebook content and engagement
- Maintain a Polished Office EnvironmentKeep the front office organized, calm, and welcoming at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Warm, personable, and genuinely people-first
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Highly organized and detail-oriented under pressure
- Confident discussing elective procedures with care and discretion
- Comfortable with social media (Instagram/Facebook)
- Prior medical and/or aesthetic experience
- Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
