What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury Defense position at Capehart Scatchard?
Capehart Scatchard is seeking an experienced personal injury defense attorney to join our Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of litigation experience and the ability to independently manage cases.
Candidates must be admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. A portable book of business is welcomed but not necessary.

Salary Range: $125,000 to $160,000
