Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales calls, B2B outreach, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to match clients with suitable vehicle options, emphasizing high-end models when appropriate
- Negotiate deals effectively by leveraging strong communication skills, upselling techniques, and dealership incentives to maximize sales outcomes
- Manage inventory control and inventory management processes to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized records of sales activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing detailed product information, answering questions clearly, and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette

Experience
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles preferred
