What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Support/Float position at Cape Shore?
Join our Maine-owned, employee-focused company as an Operations Support team member. You’ll help prep and pack items for printing or hand lettering to start and float where needed throughout the operations area.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Great team spirit
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong reading and communication skills
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in a production or warehouse environment is helpful, but we will provide on-the-job training.
