We are seeking an experienced, hands on- customer-focused Assistant Manager/Manager who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, in a fast-paced environment, at our Cape May Trading Post, located in the heart of beautiful Cape May, along the Washington Street Mall.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest service while building strong, lasting customer relationships
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to consistently meet company service standards
  • Support and participate in in-store events and promotional activities
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure accuracy and product availability
  • Maintain a high-quality customer experience through all aspects of store operations
  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and well-maintained displays
  • Execute and uphold visual merchandising standards
  • Follow and enforce store operational procedures to support a safe and positive shopping environment

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or supervisory experience a plus
  • Strong selling and customer engagement skills
  • Passion for delivering excellent service and making people happy
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-focused with confidence and leadership ability
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Interest in and awareness of current and upcoming fashion trends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
