Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service while building strong, lasting customer relationships
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to consistently meet company service standards
- Support and participate in in-store events and promotional activities
- Oversee inventory management to ensure accuracy and product availability
- Maintain a high-quality customer experience through all aspects of store operations
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and well-maintained displays
- Execute and uphold visual merchandising standards
- Follow and enforce store operational procedures to support a safe and positive shopping environment
Qualifications
- Previous retail or supervisory experience a plus
- Strong selling and customer engagement skills
- Passion for delivering excellent service and making people happy
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
