Duties

- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication between clients and medical professionals.
- Educate pet owners on proper vaccine schedules, preventative care, and other recommendations from our veterinarians.
- Handle medical collection processes with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Qualifications
