Primary Duties
- Perform system integration and synchronization/operations support for DOTMLPF-P efforts with HQDA, T2COM Commands, and FCC counterparts.
- Assess future force synchronization charts and synchronize Army Aviation modernization efforts.
- Support planning, prioritization, management, integration, and administration across the Directorate.
- Coordinate and integrate Directorate responses and participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
- Advise ACM/CEAD Directors and synchronize modernization plans across the Army Aviation Enterprise aligned with the Army Modernization Strategy.
- In-depth understanding of integrated scheduling processes.
- Working knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) phases.
- Ability to coordinate across HQDA, T2COM, FCC, A-FCD, and Army Aviation Enterprise stakeholders.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to produce senior-level synchronization, planning, and decision-support products.
- TS/SCI clearance required according to the submitted position description.
- Synchronization charts and modernization alignment products.
- Directorate response packages, tasking inputs, and action tracking materials.
- IPT support products, decision papers, briefings, read-aheads, and coordination artifacts.
