- Assists with the operation of the remote-controlled sewer camera equipment and video monitors for inspection and cleaning of water and sewer systems.
- Prepares set up of equipment at job site to perform sewer mainline inspection to include traffic control, opening manhole locations, and setting up of safety equipment.
- Lifts and lowers the camera crawler into and out of manholes.
- Cleans equipment after each use and performs proper care and maintenance of associated components.
- Maintains all equipment, including assigned vehicle, in clean and proper working order and conducts maintenance on regular basis.
- Maintains inventory of equipment and reports of non-operable equipment to supervisor.
- Trains in all areas of camera operation and procedures to acquire skills for advancement to level of camera operator.
- Performs inventory/property management.
