We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to serve as the #2 at Cape Destinations, supporting the Director and helping lead a dynamic, customer-focused team.
About the Role
The Operations Manager reports directly to the Director of Charter Services and plays a key role in the day-to-day management of bookings, drivers, sales, and client relations. In this fast-paced position, you will help coordinate a busy team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences across a variety of transportation offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director in overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and client service.
- Manage and coordinate driver assignments and customer bookings.
- Contribute to sales growth through excellent client engagement and service quality.
- Ensure smooth coordination across departments to meet client needs efficiently.
- Uphold safety, reliability, and service standards that define the Mercedes Cab reputation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or transportation management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Transportation or hospitality industry experience preferred.
